Inferno Hot Pilates Classes
Pilates is often found to be quite similar to yoga. However, it has a primary focus on your body’s core muscles such as the abdomen, obliques, lower back, thighs, and glutes. Pilates sculpts much of what people are looking for: strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, as well as good posture. Pilates is great for all skill levels and has a much lower chance of injury than with other forms of exercise - primarily focusing on form. You will certainly feel the burn, especially in our Inferno Hot Pilates Classes.
Inferno Hot Pilates is a demanding high-intensity workout getting the entire body in on the action. Inferno Hot Pilates is similar to regular pilates, but we crank up the heat to 95 degrees with 40% humidity in the room. The environment is designed to encourage fat burning during the class while the workout helps to strengthen your muscles. The best part of it all? You won't feel the after-effects of a high impact workout since the class is designed for all fitness levels.
Every class is a unique experience but has the same fundamentals and is 60 minutes. Each workout will begin with a warm-up to focus on mobilizing your hips and spine. There is no resistance in this section. The build-up and ramp up focuses on deep exercises with precise attention to detail. Common exercises here are hip folds, pelvic tilting and breathing exercises. Then your workout will wrap up with a nice cool down giving your body a sense of wellbeing.
