Late Cancellation Policy
Class Reservation + Cancellation Policy
We love seeing you on the mat. When classes fill and someone doesn’t attend, another student misses the opportunity to practice. With a little shared mindfulness, we can help everyone feel welcome and supported. Here’s how we do that:
Cancelation Window
- Please cancel at least 4 hours before your scheduled class start.
- This gives us time to offer the spot to another student.
Late Cancelations & No-Shows
If you cancel outside 4 hours of class time, or do not attend your scheduled class:
- Drop-In, ClassPass, and 8-Class AutoPay Members:
- One class will be deducted from your pass / class pack and
- An $8 late fee will be applied.
- Unlimited Members:
- No class is deducted, however
- An $8 late fee will be applied.
Want to Avoid Late Fees or Class Loss?
If your schedule tends to shift, an Unlimited Membership may be your best fit.
Unlimited members only receive the late fee if they late-cancel or no-show - no class loss.
Why This Matters
Every reserved spot holds space for someone. Following this policy helps us:
- Keep class sizes intentional
- Respect everyone’s time
- Maintain a smooth and fair scheduling system for all
We appreciate your understanding and your commitment to our shared space.
We’re always here to help you find the membership that works best for you.
No Solicitation Policy
To maintain a respectful, distraction-free environment for all members, clients are strictly prohibited from soliciting or promoting any products, services, or business opportunities to other clients or staff while on studio premises, including during classes, in waiting areas, or through studio communication channels (email, social media groups, etc.).
