The Best Style of Yoga for YOU

So you want to do yoga at TSB, but don’t know the difference between yoga classes?
Here’s where you can decide where you want to start and what’s best for YOU! 
  • Gentle Yoga
    • A great beginner-based yoga class where we will practice many basic postures to heat up the body as well as many accessible postures on the ground.
  • Yin Yoga
    • A practice of stillness where you’ll hold postures for 3-5 minutes.
  • All Levels Vinyasa
    • A practice where the basics are practiced while moving with the breath, and modifications are given to make practice more gentle OR more intense. A more moderate pace or slower than a power yoga practice.
  • Power Yoga
    • A fast paced yoga flow moving with the breath and inviting you to find your edge and try some new movements as you get stronger.
  • 26X2
    • Traditional hot yoga practice held at 105 degrees, consisting of the same 26 poses 2 times through. Great to improve flexibility!
  • Barkan Vinyasa
    • A dynamic, intermediate-level style of hot yoga that combines hatha and vinyasa yoga. The practice is designed to strengthen and stretch different parts of the body, increase range of motion, and promote balance.
