At The Salt Barre, we believe wellness doesn’t come from starting over.
It comes from returning.
Returning to movement that supports your body.
Returning to rhythm when life feels chaotic.
Returning to yourself – gently, intentionally, and without pressure.
That belief is the foundation of The Revival Method – a 90-day seasonal approach designed to restore balance, rebuild consistency, and support the nervous system in a way that actually lasts.
This isn’t a reset.
It’s a revival.

Why a Revival – Not a Reset
The word “reset” often implies something is broken.
That you need to fix yourself.
That you need to start from zero.
That you’ve fallen behind.
But most of us aren’t broken.
We’re simply tired.
Overstimulated.
Pulled in too many directions.
Disconnected from our natural rhythm.
A revival doesn’t ask you to begin again – it invites you to return.
To what already exists within you.
What Is the Revival Method?
The Revival Method is a 90-day intentional wellness rhythm rooted in:
- nervous system support
- sustainable strength
- balanced movement
- consistency without burnout
Rather than a program to complete, it’s a way of moving through the season – one that honors your energy, your body, and your real life.
There’s no finish line.
Only presence.
Only return.
The Pillars of the Revival Method
Movement with Intention
Movement is powerful – but only when it supports the body as a whole.
At The Salt Barre, we offer modalities that complement one another rather than compete:
- Yoga to support mobility, breath, flexibility, and regulation
- Barre to build low-impact strength and endurance
- Core Mat Pilates to strengthen the deep core and improve stability
- Hot Pilates for those moments when the body is ready for more intensity
- Recovery experiences to allow the body to integrate and restore
Together, these practices create strength that feels grounded – not depleted.
Regulation Alongside Effort
Many bodies today live in constant “go mode.”
When the nervous system stays activated for too long, even healthy habits can feel exhausting.
The Revival Method places equal importance on regulation – supporting the body’s ability to rest, digest, and recover.
This includes:
- breath-focused movement
- slower flows and gentle yoga
- meditation
- float therapy
- intentional rest
Regulation allows strength to land – not just happen.
Consistency Over Perfection
This is the heart of revival.
You don’t need to come every day.
You don’t need to do it perfectly.
You don’t need to push through exhaustion.
You simply need to return.
Returning after a busy week.
Returning after stress.
Returning when life interrupts routine.
Consistency isn’t about intensity – it’s about trust.
And trust is built one return at a time.
What the 90 Days Look Like
The Revival Method is flexible by design.
A supportive rhythm may include:
- 2–4 movement sessions per week
- a mix of strength and mobility
- at least one nervous system–focused experience
- space for rest and integration
This isn’t about doing everything.
It’s about doing what supports you – right now.
Why Revival Supports Long-Term Health
When strength and regulation coexist, the body responds differently.
Supporting the nervous system can help:
- reduce chronic stress
- improve sleep quality
- support hormone balance
- lower inflammation
- increase energy and mental clarity
Revival creates resilience – not burnout.
It allows wellness to become something you live with, not chase.
This season, we invite you into revival.
Not to change yourself…
but to come home to yourself.
Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after time away, the Revival Method meets you exactly where you are.
There is no perfect way to begin.
Only a willingness to return.
