The TSB Goal Series: Fertility

Hi everyone!

I’m Alyssa. I’m one of the 3 co-owners of The Salt Barre and I love that you’re here reading this!

My current movement routine at TSB is focused on the goal of helping me with stress relief and to focus on fertility (there’s no tmi over here haha!) so if you’re in a similar boat, maybe this routine will work for you, too!

I’m really enjoying classes helping me to slowwwww things down and ones that remind me to be present (even though they all do) so yin classes are what I’m really digging the last year, especially.

My schedule currently consists of 3 yoga classes a week…

  • Sunday 6pm Yin, Flow & Restore with Christine
  • Wednesday 7:15pm Yin with Jenn
  • Thursday 7:15pm Vinyasa Yoga with Amanda

Some weeks I don’t make it to all three, but these are the classes I try and really stick to if I can!

They feel soothing to my body and my mind, and I love love love that I get a great sleep and feel like I can let go of my worries on this journey to parenthood when I’m on my mat.
