My current routine is taking classes my body is calling for.

Some days that can be a kick ass Barre class with Katie, and other days it might be a slow flow with Alyssa.
My classes revolve around a kick ass workout but my goal is also to empower women to love themselves, build confidence and forget about being skinny – and focus on being strong 💪🏼
